Every morning at Sala Restaurant in the 5-star Sala Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort, the breakfast menu scroll had new Thai words, fabulous activities for the day and interesting info on Thailand and its culture; cocktail-making classes were among the activities. Proper streaky bacon was a treat. Yummy sausages were a treat, and the CHARCUTERIE PLATTER had excellent cold cuts.
